Members of this team will handle all issues related to the crusade venue, including administering contracts for its use, assisting the production team with set-up and break down, obtaining security, establishing first aid/emergency plans and having necessary chairs/tables for counseling, etc.
Members of this team will lead the outreach efforts to the Hispanic community in our area, including translation of the crusade services into Spanish.
This team is responsible for pre-crusade evangelistic outreach. They will work directly with each participating church to coordinate and each one reach one Sunday.
The usher team is responsible for enlisting a sufficient number of individuals to service ushers each night of the crusade. They will assist in parking, greeting, seating and the offering collection.
Counseling + Follow-up Team
Members of the counseling team will be responsible for securing a sufficient number of people to serve as counselors each night of the crusade. Members will be trained by GO TELL personnel and provided with appropriate materials for this very strategic purpose.
Individuals will provide transportation, coordinate lodging/accommodations and secure courtesy vehicles for the Crusade Team members. They also will arrange for refreshments for some crusade related meetings, training sessions and/or rally as requested by other teams.
Members bathe the crusade in prayer. They will work to recruit an army of prayer warriors within each participating church.
Members will coordinate a pre-crusade student rally, assisting with the on track school assembly programs and handling arrangements for the Wednesday night Student Rally.
This team should be comprised of several members who have a background in finance, accounting or business management to ensure each night of the Crusade. Members will be trained by GO TELLl personnel and provided with appropriate materials for this very strategic purpose.
Members oversee and correspond with the GO TELL worship leader before the crusade week. The goal is to build a mass crusade choir for the opening night of the crusade.
The goal of this team is to make every person in the community and region aware of and excited about the GO TELL crusade. Good publicity and advertising are central to create an image, build credibility, prepare people to receive an invitation and encourage Christians to fulfill their responsibility of inviting others.
